SPARK is chaired by City Councilmember Laura Hill. Presently our members include parents, teens, school board members, school counselors and public safety officers, members of our worship community, family therapists, attorneys, drug and alcohol counselors and representatives from Southlake Police services. Meetings are open to all who are interested to attend. SPARK welcomes you whether you can only attend an occassional meeting, or want to get heavily involved in making a change for our youth.
