Purpose
Students and Parents Against Risks to our Kids in Southlake (S.P.A.R.K.S.) with its mission of sparking ideas, sharing information, identifying needs, ducating the community, mobilizing resources, promoting collaboration and advocating for sound public policy in a new commitment to empower our citizens in the battle agains underage drinking, drugs and internet perils.
