Southlake Arts Council
The Southlake Arts Council serves as an advisory board to the City Council on all matters relating to public art including visual art and performing art programs and facilities, the use of city funds for art projects and facilities, and the creation of a performing arts facility.
CALL TO ARTISTS CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS The City of Southlake, Texas, through its Southlake Arts Council seeks to commission artist(s) for the creation of public art to be integrated into the new Department of Public Safety Central campus. Construction on the new $28 million plus facility, located at 600 State Street, Southlake, Texas 76092, is underway with an anticipated completion date of November 2009. The application deadline is Friday, May 30, 2008.
