Southlake Parks Development Corporation

 

Purpose 


The purpose and object of the Southlake Parks Development Corporation is to administer the city's SPDC half-cent sales tax and apply it toward capital projects related to city parks.

 

Meetings 


The Corporation meets the first Tuesday of each month, prior to the City Council meetings.  The meetings are held in the Council Chambers.


Members 


The Southlake Parks Development Corporation board is appointed by the City Council and consists of seven citizens from the City, including four City Council representatives and one Park Board representative. Members of the Board are appointed by the Council for two-year terms.
