Neighborhood Sewer Program
Project Information:
The Neighborhood Sewer Program (NSP) is a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project to construct sanitary sewer in Southlake subdivisions where the residents have aging septic systems. This year the NSP will include the construction of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer lines at various locations in the city. The FY2010-FY2011 projects include:
- Heatherwood, Royal Oaks, & Twin Creek Sanitary Sewer and Roadway Improvements
- Pearson Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements
- Primrose Lane Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Roadway Improvements
- Quail Creek Estates Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Street Overlay

Septic-to-Sewer Program
A new economic incentive program has been adopted by City Council waiving the sewer tap fee for those residents who are eligible to connect to one of the aforementioned sanitary sewer lines within the first 180 days of Public Works accepting the infrastructure improvements.
