The agenda will be posted on the official bulletin boards at Town Hall and the City's website by close of business the Friday prior to the meeting week.

Most board appointments are for two year terms that expire in May on a rotating basis. City Council generally makes the appointments during the summer. An Application for Appointment must be submitted to the City Secretary's Office in order to be considered.
