Proclamation - Eagle Scout Tucker Roeller Day
Boy Scouting's highest honor is achieving the Eagle Scout Award and only 1% of all scouts ever achieve this rank; and,
Whereas, On June 6, 2008, Boy Scout Tucker Roeller from Troop 402, will be recognized by the Boy Scouts of America for successfully completing all requirements for Scouting's highest rank; and,
Whereas, Tucker participated in the Philmont 70 mile backpacking Scout Camp and the Timberline Leadership Scout Camp. He was awarded the Deacon Duty to God Award and received a Pioneering merit badge. For his Eagle Scout Project, Tucker was part of a food and clothing drive for the Safe Haven of Tarrant County Women's Shelters; and,
Whereas, The Eagle Scout Award is the highest form of recognition in the Boy Scouts of America and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment. Having completed the requirements for, and having been examined by an Eagle Scout Board Review, Tucker Roeller was found worthy of the rank of Eagle Scout; and,
Therefore, I,
