The park as it exists today is partially developed and over the next few years major improvements will serve to dramatically transform the park into a beautiful, safe and functional environment for all to enjoy. These enhancements will improve environmental, social and economic aspects of Southlake by creating a beautiful and functional recreational park. The existing areas of the park will be transformed to achieve the high standards of Southlake and set a precedent for surrounding cities.
Look for construction to begin in summer 2008.  Improvement to include ten new baseball fields, enhanced landscapes, large playground, spray park, five tennis courts, a comprehensive trails system, and all amenities which accompany them.
