Stars and Stripes is a “Rain or Shine” event. Fireworks will only be cancelled due to high winds or if the weather becomes severe with heavy downpours, flooding, lightning or tornado warnings. If the fireworks are cancelled they will be rescheduled for Monday, July 5 at 9:30 pm (Fireworks Only).

All entrances into Southlake Town Square parking lots for the Stars & Stripes event will be closed Saturday, July 3rd at 7:30 pm with the exception of the entrances off of the SH 114 Service Road. These entrances will remain open throughout the evening. Parking and Shuttle Service will be available at White's Chapel United Methodist Church (185 S. Whites Chapel Blvd) beginning at 4:00 pm. Set up may not begin before 7:00 pm on Friday, July 2nd. Please be courteous to your neighbors and reserve only the space you need. Please only use blankets or chairs when claiming your area. Sidewalks and Ramps should remain clear. The City will not be responsible for damage or loss of materials used or left in parks. No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed in City Parks. Per City ordinance, all animals must be on a leash at all times in City parks. Also, please remember to clean up after your animals if it becomes necessary Questions about any of the above can be directed to 817.748.8019. |
