Senior Activity Center
The Southlake Senior Activity Center welcomes those 55 years of age and better for services and activities tailored to the mature adult. All programs are designed to enchance well-being, independence and a sense of community for participants, and like the center, are accessible for individuals with disabilities. Many programs at the Center are offered through community partner agenices and volunteer programs.
The Southlake Senior Activity Center is a great place to meet new friends and catch up with old ones. Join us for a fun game of bridge, a delicious lunch, or a day trip to an exciting destination. There is something for everyone! Be sure to check out the calendar in the Southlake Senior Scene for a list of the many activities offered each month.
LOCATION: 307 Parkwood Dr., Southlake, TX 76092. Parkwood Dr. is off of Byron Nelson Pkwy, between Continental Blvd and Southlake Blvd/FM 1709.

MEMBERSHIP: Membership is open to all people of all races, religions, and cultures; there are no geographical restrictions for membership or attendance. Membership is voluntary and activities are open to both members and non-members. Registration forms are available at the Senior Center.

Metroport Meals on Wheels (MMOW):
Metroport Meals on Wheels, Inc. provides volunteer advocacy for the elderly and those in need through home-delivered meals, senior center lunch and activity programs as well as other support services. For only $3.00, Metroport serves a meal at the Senior Activity Center every Tuesday beginning with games at 10 AM, lunch at 11:30 and entertainment directly following lunch. The entertainment schedule is as follows:
- 1st Tuesday: Birthdays and Bingo
- 2nd Tuesday: Vital signs and free health screening
- 3rd Tuesday: Sing-A-Long (Monthly Themed Programs)
- 4th Tuesday: Music Lovers Share Serendipity
- 5th Tuesday: Potluck Lunch
Transportation:
C.A.R.S. (Call A Ride Southlake) is a volunteer dependent, not for profit corporation whose purpose is to provide free, non-emergency transportation to Southlake area seniors and residents with disabilities for medical, dental, social, business, shopping and personal needs.
