Finance Administration Division
Administration division is responsible for recording all financial activity for the City. Other responsibilities of the division include financial reports, idle fund investment and debt management, inventory of fixed assets, budget preparation, information processing, and internal control. Finance administration also reviews and reports findings of audit examinations and make recommendations for improvements. Finance administration also includes the purchasing and fleet management functions. The Fleet Coordinator oversees the daily fleet operations of all vehicles and large equipment of the City of Southlake. Purchasing is responsible for securing the highest quality products and services through the most cost effective means.
