Valuing Our Employees
The I2ACTion Award Program is a program that allows employees to nominate co-workers for going above and beyond their normal job duties while demonstrating the I2ACT values of: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, Commitment to Excellence, and Teamwork. Employees who receive an I2ACTion Award will be recognized in the employee newsletter, receive an I2ACTion Award Certificate and a $20 gift certificate to Southlake Town Square.
Employee Banquet
An employee awards banquet is held at the beginning of every year and honors the previous year's outstanding accomplishments. It is a great opportunity for employees to enjoy each other's company in a social setting. We have such a solid, professional team of men and women who work for the City of Southlake and the banquet provides the opportunity to recognize a few of them each year. Examples of the awards and recognitions include Employees of the Year, Teamwork Award (pictured), Director's Awards, Kristin Pitzinger Customer Service award, and tenure awards.
