- Request an Interlibrary Loan
- The TexShare Databases are accessible from any computer connected to the Internet. They contain homework help, full length magazine and newspaper articles, literary criticism, business data, medical information and other useful resources. Call the Adult Services desk at 817-748-8247 to obtain login information, more information, or assistance accessing these databases.
- NetLibrary provides tens of thousands of eBooks that can be read online, and a large selection of downloadable eAudiobooks that can be played on a computer or portable media device, such as an mp3 player. To get started, read the instructions and general information and then sign up for NetLibrary today!
- Customers of the Southlake Public Library have access to Worldbook Online. For login information, please call the Adult Services desk at 817-748-8247.
- Reference USA is one of the top sources of information on businesses and people for researchers, students, job seekers and government agencies. Login information is available from the Southlake Public Library Adult Services desk at 817-748-8247.

- Suggest an item for the Library to purchase.
- Check the Southlake Public Library Blog for information about new book releases, new purchases, upcoming events, and more.
- The Southlake Community Wiki is designed to present information on community resources that may be of interest to Southlake residents. It is an ongoing work in progress, and will be updated as new community resources become available.
- The City of Southlake is proud to offer free wireless Internet connections in the Southlake Public Library, Town Square, the Southlake Sports Complex, Bicentennial Park and Bob Jones Park!
- The TexShare Card Program gives customers of participating libraries the opportunity to check out books from other participating Texas libraries. The Southlake Public Library is proud to offer this service to its customers. For more information about the program call the Southlake Public Library at 817-748-8243.
- Library Elf is an independent Internet-based tool for keeping track of what you have due, overdue and ready for pickup at all the libraries you frequent. The Southlake Public Library does not run Library Elf, but our catalog is fully compatible with the service. Library Elf is no longer free - see the web page at the link above for subscription information.
