Free Wireless Internet Access
The City of Southlake is proud to offer free wireless Internet connections in
the Southlake Public Library, Town Square, the Southlake Sports complex,
Bicentennial Park and Bob Jones Park!
To use this service from any of these hot spots, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure that wireless connections are enabled on your computer.
You will need to connect to the network named Southlake. - Open your browser.
- A security alert will pop up, asking you to accept the security certificate – this will
insure that your account information is transmitted across a secure network connection. - Click Yes.
- You will be directed to a sign-in page.
- If you have already set up an account, type your username and password
into the boxes under Existing User and click Login. - If you are a new user, you will need to set up a free account:
- Click the Signup button on the left side of the page – if you can not
see this button, click the Service Plans link. - The next page will ask you to select a service plan - pick FREE PER DAY.
- Click Next.
- On the Signup for Service page enter your personal information
and select a username and password. - Click the Terms of Service link to read them.
- Make sure to click the box that indicates that you have read, understand,
and agree to the Terms of Service. - Click Next
- Your final username will be a combination of the username you selected
plus @coswifi.net (ex. jdoe @ coswifi.net). Your password will be the one
you indicated on the prior page. - Click Login to log in for the first time – after that you can log in normally,
as detailed in steps 1-6 above.
- Click the Signup button on the left side of the page – if you can not
