Development Review Committee
The Development Review Committee is a technical review committee that reviews development applications for compliance with the city's ordinances, standards, and regulations and for consistency with the comprehensive plan. The Planning & Development Services (PDS) Department coordinates the DRC's activities by assigning development application submittals and re-submittals to DRC meetings in accordance with case management guidelines, compiling submitted application materials and forwarding the materials to the DRC members, and compiling the reviews from the DRC members and forwarding the reviews to the applicant.
The DRC is comprised of staff members from several departments, as outlined in the following table:
