Pool Permit Guidelines
The Building Inspections Division has prepared detailed guidelines for pool permits to assist applicants in the permitting process.
Pool permits are required for swimming pools and certain accessory components constructed in conjunction with a swimming pool, such as spas, grills, fire pits, fireplaces, outdoor showers, outdoor kitchens, and detached structures not exceeding 200 square feet in area.
