Lighting Ordinance
The Lighting Ordinance establishes requirements for installation, use, and maintenance of outdoor lighting on non-residential and multi-family residential properties (excluding duplexes). The intent of the ordinance, in part, is to preclude or lessen light pollution and shield neighboring properties from nuisance glare.
