Airport Compatible Land Use Zoning Ordinance

The Airport Compatible Land Use Zoning Ordinance regulates the use of property in the vicinity of the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport. The ordinance establishes restrictions and defines allowed uses for properties in the airport overlay zones. The purpose of the ordinance is to restrict the establishment of noise sensitive and vibration sensitive land uses within the vicinity of the airport.
