All commercial garbage collection and construction debris collection is performed by Duncan Disposal. Please keep in mind that each Southlake business has a separate contract with Duncan for garbage collection; contracts are not maintained through the City. If you are the developer of a new retail, office or other project in the City of Southlake, please pay close attention to the following design guidelines for garbage enclosures. Failure to meet the recommended enclosure width, height or accessway may result in difficulty and/or lack of accessibility by Duncan's commercial garbage trucks. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that garbage collection will be possible at the site's dumpsters.
