New Utility Bills

The City of Southlake is committed to providing our community with the highest level of customer service. As part of our ongoing efforts, the City Council approved the purchase and installation of a new financial software system that will ensure the efficient processing of your water utility bill.

The implementation of this new financial system is the next step in the process to provide you, our valued customer, with the most reliable and user-friendly bill.

In the next couple of months you will see significant changes in the design of your water utility bill.

Why am I getting a new bill?
 
Due to the conversion, you will receive a new and more informative water utility bill.

 

What is different about my new bill?

The ability of customers to have multiple accounts consolidated into one monthly statement; an enhanced breakout of your current and previous financial transactions; a history chart that visually compares the previous twelve (12) months water consumption activities, and a map to the City's 24-hour Utility Billing drop box located just north of Town Hall.

Will I be able to view my account online?

Not at this time; however, the City anticipates implementing these upgrades within the upcoming calendar year.  You can always call our office at 817-748-8051 during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday) for up-to-date account information and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

Can I pay with a credit card or debit card?

Currently, these services are unavailable; however, the City anticipates implementing these upgrades within the upcoming calendar year.  You can elect to have your payment drafted from your checking or savings account on the due date by completing a Bank Draft Request Form available at Bank Draft Application Form and Instructions.      

 

Can I pay my bill online and/or by phone?

The City is working to afford the opportunity for customers to pay their bill online and is researching a mutually convenient resolution to this issue to ensure the most cost effective arrangement that will benefit the customers and the City as a whole.  The City anticipates implementing these upgrades within the upcoming calendar year.
