Water Rates

Below are the current City of Southlake water rates. If you have questions regarding your bill, please contact Utility Billing at 817-748-8051.

Once you are a resident of Southlake for one year, sewer averaging will be implemented.  This is formulated by taking your consumption in the months of December, January and February and averaging 30-day sewer consumption.  This is an annual process.  The rate takes effect in the March billing cycle.
