Our mission is to efficiently accept applications for new service, process customer requests to disconnect and/or transfer existing service, and oversee accurate water meter readings. We strive to provide stellar customer service in a professional and courteous manner. The UB department handles utility services including:

Hours of Operation:
The Utility Billing Division operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding City recognized holidays.
