Assistant Police Chief James Brandon joined the Southlake Police Department on Monday, February 18th. Brandon brings with him more than 17 years of experience in law enforcement most recently from  the Corpus Christi Police Department.

  • Supervised the Corpus Christi Police Department's involvement in the Joint Terrorism Task Force and Safestreets Task Force
  • Supervision of the Corpus Christi Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. 
  • Procurement of well over $1 million worth of equipment through Homeland Security grants
