Members of the public are welcome to attend all meetings and comment on any item being considered by the council. For more information on the Southlake City Council, contact the City Secretary's Office at (817) 748-8015.

Broadcast
Meetings are broadcast live at the time they occur on the city cable channel - Charter cable channel 27 and Verizon Fios channel 34. You may also view live meetings, as well as archived meetings, at Southlake Video on Demand. 

Members
The Southlake City Council consists of seven members, including the Mayor, all elected at large by Southlake residents. The Mayor and Council Members are elected for three-year terms (unless elected in a special election due to a resignation) and no member may serve more than two successive elected terms. Elections are held in May of each year, with no more than three places scheduled for any single year unless there are resignations.
