Liaison
City staff for SPIN include a liaison in the City Manager's Office and a liaison in the Planning and Development Services Department.

City Manager's Office (CMO)
The current CMO liaison is Caroline Eckel, Assistant to the City Manager. She can be reached at (817) 748-8029.

She is responsible for scheduling and advertising all forums. This entails reserving city facilities, coordinating the printing and placement of SPIN roadway signs, advertising meetings on the SPIN website and sending the meeting notification via the automated phone system. This liaison is the main point of contact for the members of the SPIN Standing Committee. This includes interacting with the SPIN Standing Committee by coordinating their monthly meetings and maintaining communication via weekly emails and phone calls. Alison also maintains SPIN's information on the website.

Planning & Development Services Department (PDS)
The current PDS liaison is Lorrie Fletcher, Planner I. She can be reached at (817) 748-8069.

Her primary responsibility is representing the PDS department at any forums. She also takes notes at each forum and prepares reports which are later posted on the website. The PDS liaison supports the CMO liaison by acting as an information source on current and upcoming development projects. As most of SPIN's meetings are development-related, it is crucial to have a PDS staff member designated as the point of contact for this type of information.
