About Metroport Meals on Wheels
Metroport Meals On Wheels, Inc. (MMOW) is a non-profit organization that organizes volunteers to deliver hot lunches to homes of individuals who are elderly, frail, chronically ill or home-bound. Services
Although most program participants receive meals on an ongoing basis, MMOW also helps during periods when someone needs temporary or short-term assistance. MMOW also provides help for active seniors by creating and managing senior center community luncheon programs and promoting already established senior centers.
