Primrose Lane Water, Sewer, and Roadway Improvements

This Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project consisted of the design and construction of approximately 900 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer line to serve the properties along Primrose Lane. Upon the completion of the utility improvements, Primrose Lane was alsowidened and reconstructed.
This project also included the following:
- Installation of approximately 880 linear feet of 8 inch water line;
- Widening, reconstruction, and overlay of Primrose Lane;
- Drainage improvements at the intersection of Primrose Lane and Carroll Avenue.
- This project was be bundled, bid and awarded with the Heatherwood, Royal Oaks, and Twin Creeks Sanitary Sewer and Roadway Improvements, and with the Pearson Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements.
