Rate Increase Effective October 1, 2011: Starting October 1, 2011, monthly commercial solid waste and recycling rates will increase 4.18%. Click here to view the adjusted rate schedule. The fee increase was approved by the City Council in 2008 as part of Duncan Disposal's contract review. Please keep in mind that each Southlake business has a separate service contract with Duncan for garbage collection; billing for commercial services is not handled through the City. Garbage Collection
All commercial garbage collection and construction debris collection is performed by Duncan Disposal. If you are the developer of a new retail, office or other project in the City of Southlake, please pay close attention to the following design guidelines for garbage and recycling enclosures. Failure to meet the recommended enclosure width, height or access way may result in difficulty and/or lack of accessibility by Duncan's commercial garbage trucks. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that garbage collection will be possible at the site's dumpsters.
