An Update on Municipal Court Services
On Monday, May 18th, 2020, in response to State Covid 19 revised guidelines, the City of Southlake resumed some in-person public services, including Court window services from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Lunch Hour Closings: on Mondays and Fridays only; the court will close between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Court Hearings: Southlake Municipal Court is currently working with State and County authorities to ensure that our public court hearings support the health and safety of our visitors and staff. The use of face masks is encouraged for all visitors to our court building. The Tarrant County Department of Health requires that all person's attending a scheduled court hearing will be required to wear a protective facial mask and pass a temperature screening.
Handle a Citation Remotely (via computer or mobile device)
Most court services are now available remotely. Hearings are offered in-person or by Virtual Court session. Please see below for a list of things that you can do via email, mail or online to resolve your citation.
Quick Links for Remote Response
- Email: send documents (course certificates and driver records, etc.) to the court or request assistance from a court clerk. Please sign all course certificates before submission.
- Pay Online: make payments, request Deferred Disposition or the Driving Safety Course Option or a registration dismissal at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/southlaketx.
- Request a Hearing directly from our website.
- Submit Correspondence to our Judge or Prosecutor.

The Municipal Court will be closed on all City-observed holidays.
