Payments at the Municipal Court Window
- Cash, check, or money order (made payable to ‘City of Southlake’)
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Payments made Online
Use a major credit or debit card to pay for a fine, a warrant fee, a scheduled payment, or to request Deferred Disposition, Driving Safety and other dismissal options.
A $6.00 convenience fee (per transaction) will be assessed.
Online payments require the defendant to waive his/her right to a jury trial and enter a plea of Guilty or No Contest. Online payments are not accepted for defendants under the age of 18.

Payment by Phone
Phone Payment: Use an automated answering system to pay by phone. Payment for convictions or cases with a plea only (does not offer options for dismissal, deferred disposition or driving safety course).
Payment via the Mail
Payments may be made through the mail with a check or money order made payable to 'City of Southlake.'
Request Time to Pay
Court Service Window: At the time of your "no contest" or "guilty" plea, you can request up to 60 days to pay at the Court Service Window for any plea option, including the Deferred Disposition or Driving Safety Course options or a conviction.
Payment Website: The payment website will allow you to request a 30-day payment extension on convictions only.
Court Hearing: Alternative payment options, including more than 60 days to pay or community service in lieu of fine, can be requested at a plea hearing with the judge or a pretrial hearing with the prosecutor. Click here to request a hearing.
