- Is Sewer Available?
The first step is identifying whether or not city sewer is available at your property line. Call Public Works Operations at (817) 748-8080 and let us check for you.
If sewer is available at your address, you will then need to Contact the Public Works Wastewater Division at (817) 748-8606 to begin the process of connecting to City sewer by having a Field Verification or Septic to Sewer form completed.
If sanitary sewer is not available in your area, you can submit a written request to the Public Works Department. Your written request will be evaluated and considered for future Neighborhood Sewer Programs as part of the City's on-going Capital Improvements Program (CIP).
A petition signed by the majority of property owners committing to connect to public sewer and pay the associated fees will be required for consideration of the request.
Please write to: City of Southlake Public Works Department, c/o City Engineer, 1400 Main Street, Suite 320, Southlake, TX 76092.
