Request a Specific Book

Hold Request

You can request that we hold a book from our collection for you. Search for the title in our Catalog, Select Place Hold, and log in with your library card number to submit the request. If you need assistance, please call us at (817) 748-8247.

Purchase Request

If you are looking for an item that has been published or released within the last 2 years, please make a purchase request to the Library. There is no guarantee that we will add the item to the collection but we will review it for purchase and make a recommendation for an interlibrary loan if it isn't chosen for purchase.

Interlibrary Loan

If you are looking for an item that has been published or released more than two years ago, please make an interlibrary loan request. This free service provides access to collections of participating libraries across the country. Complete the Interlibrary Loan Form to make your request and we will contact you when your item is available.  If you need to renew your item, please provide at least 5 days' notice before the due date for that process.
