The Southlake Library offers access to downloadable eBooks and audiobooks through the Cloud Library. Digital magazines are available through Flipster.  Find the Cloud Library and Flipster apps in your favorite app store. Use your Library card to set up the Cloud Library app and call us at 817-748-8247 for an initial login password for Flipster. Set them up once and get ready to read.

The Southlake Library is one of 19 North Texas Libraries coordinating through an interlocal partnership between libraries to share digital content in the Cloud Library. This has greatly expanded the titles available for our customers to enjoy. Now, explore over 100,000 titles for your reading enjoyment.

Cloud Library works easily with your Apple or Android device or Kindle Fire 2nd generation & up.
What About My eReader?
The Cloud Library will work with Kobo and Nook eReaders. If you have a Kobo or an E-ink model Nook, including Nook 3G, Nook WiFi, Nook Simple Touch, and Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight, you will need to download the Cloud Library app to your computer and use your cable to transfer to your ereader. You will need to add or authenticate through Adobe Digital Editions. If you have it installed on your computer already, it should recognize it. If not, you will need to download it to your computer. **We are sorry that Cloud Library does not work with Kindle eReaders but it will work with Kindle Fire (2nd generation and newer).
