The Southlake Public Library offers a variety of service to support community needs. Contact us if you have questions or we can assist you with the following services. Our Main Phone Number is (817) 748-8243.

Library Card - Library cards are free to Southlake residents, CISD parents and students, Southlake Chamber members, City Staff and Texshare cardholders. A non-resident card is available for $25 annually.

Books - You can request that we hold a book from our collection for you for up to 3 days. If we do not have what you are looking for, you can request that we purchase the item or borrow it from another library through interlibrary loan.

Proctored Exams - The Library offers proctoring services to Southlake residents for free or to non-residents for $25 per exam. The educational institution must be registered with the Library prior to the exam. Students may reach out to the Adult Services Librarian for more assistance.

Notary Services - The Library offers limited notary services at no charge to the community. Notarization of complex documents such as wills or real estate transactions is not available. It is recommended to call in advance to confirm that a notary is available. Please call our Adult Services Desk at (817) 748-8247 for more information.

Tolltags - NTTA Tolltags are available at the Library for new accounts set up through the Library's NTTA Portal. It is necessary to bring the year, make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle you wish to register and a credit card to pay the fee online. Tolltags are issued by the Library at the time the account is established.
