Not sure if these classes are for you? No problem. We offer a $5 drop-in fee (credit or debit card only) to come in and try a single class out. Just check in at the front desk before the class you're taking.

Total Body Workout - A full body, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout!
Zumba - Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party-like atmosphere. Learn basic dance steps from around the work and benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and happy feet.
Pilates - Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals
Cardio Kick-Boxing - A high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics.
Belly Dancing - Use belly dance to employ the technique of isolating muscle groups within choreography that is both beautiful and healthy.
Yoga - Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Begin with centering, then move onto warming Sun Salutations and flows. Some poses will be held to build stability and strength as well as open the body deeply.
