The Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statement form must be filed once the local government officer becomes aware of facts that require the officer to file this statement in accordance with Chapter 176, Local Government Code. By law, this statement must be filed no later than the seventh business day after the person becomes aware of facts that require the statement to be filed.
