Whether you're new to Southlake or a current resident, we're here to help. This section offers a one-stop-shop for Southlake Water Utilities. Here you can find out what you'll need to set up new utility service or make changes to your account.

If you're a new Southlake resident here's what you'll need to set up your service:

Utility Service Application 


For in person submissions:
  • bring a deed of ownership or a lease agreement for residential accounts or
  • bring legal business documents for non-residential accounts
For electronic submissions:
  • click on the submit button at the bottom of the Water Utility Service Application (link to the left) or
  • fax the completed application to 817.748.8266 or
  • email the completed application to utilitybilling@cityofsouthlake.com
All applications must include a deed of ownership or lease agreement for residential accounts or legal business documents for non-residential accounts. Missing information or documents may delay connection.

A Southlake Water Utilities-Customer Service member will contact you to let you know the application was received and the account is established.
