Southlake Water Utilities-Operations installs all meters:
  •   1 inch simple meters
  •   2 inch compound meters
  •   2 inch turbo meters
4 inch or larger meters are to be supplied by the property owner and dropped off to:

 4 inch or larger should be shipped locked to the construction site.

 A permit from the City of Southlake Building Inspections is required prior to setting a meter.
