You now can view your water bill online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through our Citizen Self Service Portal! Once you've entered the portal, you are asked to enter your water account number and customer number, which are located on your water bill. If you cannot find this information, please contact our office during business hours at 817.748.8051.
You can make an online payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Citizen Self Service Portal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. This portal also allows you to sign up for the recurring credit card feature or an automatic draft from a checking or savings account to pay your monthly bill.

We are located on the second floor of the City of Southlake Town Hall building at 1400 Main Street, Suite 200. We accept cash, check/money orders, and credit/debit cards as acceptable forms of payment.
