You now can view your water bill online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our Citizen Self Service Portal! Once you click on this link the home page will provide you with instructions on how to register your account as a first time user.  Registration will require your water account number and your customer number which are both located on your water bill.  If you are unable to locate this information, please contact our office during business hours. 

Pay Online

You can make an 
online payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week with Citizen Self Service using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Pay by Bank Draft

You can set up your account to have a monthly reoccurring bank draft out of checking or savings account. Please submit this form to start the process.  

Phone Payment

You can make a phone payment at 1.855.385.8432 using your account number.
