Metroport Teen Court

Purpose

 
The Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board consists of three members from each participating city - comprised of one council member and two at large members. The purpose of the board is advise the City Councils and staff on the operation of the Teen Court Program and to assist in the development of community resources for the purposes of advancing the Teen Court Program.

Meetings

  • 5:45 p.m.
  • Monday evenings, five times per year
  • Southlake Police Headquarters
    600 State Street
  • Public welcome to attend all meetings

Appointment Process


Members are appointed to a two-year term, unless appointed to fulfill an existing vacancy. Members serve at the will of Council and shall continue to serve until their successors are duly appointed and sworn into office.

Residents interested in serving on this board shall complete an application and submit it to the City Secretary no later than September 1. Applications will remain on file for one year.
