To report a malfunctioning traffic signal, pedestrian crossing light, school zone flasher or a missing street sign, please submit a "Come Fix This!" form or call using the contact information on the right. If it is after 5:00 p.m., please call NETCOM, the City's Dispatch service, at (817) 743-4522. When reporting an issue, it is helpful to provide a specific address or the appropriate cross streets.
Signals on Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709), SH 114 frontage roads, and FM 1938 - Traffic signals on FM 1709 (Southlake Blvd.), the SH 114 frontage roads and along FM 1938 are owned and operated by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The Traffic Division will contact TxDOT of any traffic signal problems when notified by residents.
Neighborhoods with Decorative Signs - In neighborhoods with decorative street name signs and poles, the signs are supplied by the City and the HOA is responsible for the procurement of the decorative poles, cost of materials and the installation of the replacement signs and poles.
