Community Service

Community Service Locations

Community service can be performed at any non-profit organization or public entity. If you aren't sure if an organization is a non-profit, please check with us prior to performing the service. Public entities can include public schools and local municipalities (i.e. the cities of Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, and Grapevine). You can check your city for volunteer opportunities with libraries, recreation centers, animal shelters, community events, etc.

Teen Court provides an approved list of local service organizations that have partnered with us to help teens in their search. It is the responsibility of the teen to contact any of these organizations and schedule their service hours. Please see below for the most current list of approved community service locations.

Approved Community Service Locations

Hours must be documented by the organization at the time the service is performed on the Metroport Teen Court Time Card provided during enrollment. Family members may not fill out the time card, even if they work for the organization.
