Whether you're new to Southlake or a current resident, we're here to help!

This section offers a one-stop-shop for Southlake Water Utilities which includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling services. 

If you're a new Southlake resident, you can set up your account by clicking the New Utility Service Application link below. All applications must include a deed of ownership or lease agreement for residential accounts or legal business documents for non-residential accounts. A Southlake Water Utilities-Customer Service member will contact you to let you know the application was received and the account is established.

  • for residential accounts- a valid driver's license, state issued identification or a passport 
  • for non-residential accounts- legal business documents

Questions about your bill?
Do you have questions about your water bill? We are happy to help. Call us at (817) 748-8051. We will review your bill and if necessary send a Southlake Water Utilities team to your home to assess your water meter and make sure its running accurately.

Is something not right with your water?
Contact Southlake Water Utilities Operations. For non-emergency water taste, odor or operations questions, fill out the - "Come Fix This!" form.
