All commercial trash and Recycling collection and construction debris collection are performed by Republic Services. Each commercial business contracts directly with Republic Services for trash and/or recycling collection. Enclosure Guidelines

If you are the developer of new retail, office, or another project in the City of Southlake, view the Commercial Container Enclosures and Approach document, which provides design guidelines for commercial trash and recycling enclosures. Failure to meet the recommended enclosure width, height or access way may result in difficulty and/or lack of accessibility by commercial dump trucks. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that trash collection will be possible at the site's dumpsters. Rate Information

The rates for commercial, as well as residential, trash and recycling are established by the City's negotiated contract with Republic Services. The contract with Republic Services was last updated in 2018 and is scheduled for renegotiation or renewal in 2023. View the rates effective October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023. Billing for commercial services is handled directly through Republic.
