Enclosure Guidelines

If you are the developer of new retail, office, or another project in the City of Southlake, view the Commercial Container Enclosures and Approach document, which provides design guidelines for commercial trash and recycling enclosures. Failure to meet the recommended enclosure width, height or access way may result in difficulty and/or lack of accessibility by commercial dump trucks. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that trash collection will be possible at the site's dumpsters.
