Southlake Serves
The Come Fix This Form is transitioning to Southlake Serves
In order to improve the customer experience, the City of Southlake is starting the transition to a new online portal for reporting issues, asking questions or getting assistance. The Come Fix This Form will be phased out over the next few weeks.
The new tool, Southlake Serves, is available for use with a new look and better features. It will provide residents a convenient way to report non-emergency residential issues, submit questions or give feedback directly to the City, ensuring that we follow up in an efficient manner.
We are committed to addressing your feedback. If you are submitting a question, please use your home address. This form is monitored during normal business hours. The departments will reach out to provide updates throughout the process.
Emergency Issues
In an emergency, please dial 9-1-1. This new portal is not intended to report police or fire emergency issues.
Please call 9-1-1 for life-threatening situations, natural gas leaks, or other emergencies.
