Pursuant to Southlake City Charter, all city ordinances shall be considered at two separate Council meetings. A public hearing shall be conducted at the second reading of the ordinance. A notice setting the time and place for the public hearing(s) will be posted on the website.


Meeting Date(s):

On March 21, 2023, immediately following the work session, but no earlier than 7:00 p.m., the City Council will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, located at 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas on the following Ordinance(s):

ORDINANCE NO. 1270
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF A STREET LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY PRESENTLY KNOWN AS “PARKWOOD DRIVE”, EXTENDING FROM THE INTERSECTION OF E. SOUTHLAKE BOULEVARD TO THE TERMINUS AT 400 PARKWOOD DRIVE AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN “EXHIBIT A”; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES. 

Meeting Date(s):

On April 4, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., the Southlake Parks Development Corporation will conduct a public meeting where it will hold a public hearing and it may consider a proposed economic development agreement for approval to fund a park development project.
