The Southlake Public Library provides many services to the community to promote continued learning as well as access to information and resources. Below is a listing of services provided through the Library.
The Library has 10 public access computers with access to the internet and key software programs such as Microsoft Office. A library card is required to use the computers, however, guest passes are available for limited use. Please check in at the Reference Desk to use the public computers.
Meeting and Study Rooms
The Library has one meeting room which will hold up to 10 people and two study rooms which will hold up to four people. The rooms can be reserved with a Southlake Public Library card for up to two hours per day. Reservations are accepted over the phone for up to two reservations at a time, no more than 2 weeks in advance. Local non-profit organizations may reserve the meeting rooms but they are not open for business use. Please call the Reference Desk at 817-748-8247 to reserve and check in at the desk upon arrival.

Complete the Interlibrary Loan Formto make your request and we will contact you when your item is available. If you need to renew your item, please provide at least 5 days notice before the due date for that process. Extended use fees for ILL materials is $2.00 a day.
The Library offers limited proctoring services. This service is provided for free to Southlake residents and at a fee of $25.00 per exam to nonresidents. Contact the Reference Desk at (817) 748-8247 for more information.
Open your new North Texas Tolltag Authority account and pick up your tolltags at the Library. You must use the Library's NTTA Portal to use this service. Register up to 3 vehicles. You will need your driver's license, the year, make, model, and license number of the vehicles you would like to register, and a credit card to set up your account online. The Library offers limited notary services. This is a free service. It is recommended that you call ahead on Saturdays to verify a notary is present before you come. Call (817) 748-8247 for more information.
