Amy Shelley was appointed City Secretary in 2019. She and her team provide administrative support for the Mayor and City Council, as well as records management, public information requests, city-wide agenda management and elections administration.
Amy has over 20 years of experience working for city governments in various positions. She has served in several leadership positions with the North Texas Municipal Clerks Association, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, Historian, and Board Secretary.
Amy began her career with the City of Southlake in 2017 as the Deputy City Secretary. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and HR management from Concordia University. In January of 2013, Amy received her Texas Registered Municipal Clerks Certification.
