Project Information

This project is a partnership with Tarrant County and involves the rehabilitation of the City's arterial streets. It consists of the major repair and/or rehabilitation of local streets throughout the City of Southlake to improve pavement condition and rideability after the completion of neighborhood utility projects. One third of the City’s streets are surveyed annually.

Rehab Projects for 2017:

Southlake Streets Crews will reconstruct North Peytonville Avenue from Corporate Circle to Ten Bar Trail in partnership with Tarrant County. This segment is approximately 3,000 linear feet in length. This work is tentatively scheduled for the Summer and one lane will remain open to traffic at all times.

In addition, two other roadway segments in need of repair will also be rehabilitated this year. These include Randol Mill from Mockingbird Lane to Dove Road, and Dove Road from Terra Bella to the Dove Peytonville roundabout.
